Pneumatic CylinderPneumatic cylinders are basically a mechanical device that produces linear motion using compressed air. These are featured with cylinder body, a piston, a piston rod, end caps, and seals. The piston is attached to the piston rod, which protrudes through one of the end caps and leaves the cylinder body. O-rings or gaskets are utilised to seal the end caps to the cylinder body. The seals stop the piston from moving too far outside of the cylinder body and stop air from seeping out of the cylinder body. Pneumatic cylinders can automate machines and industrial processes. They can be used to provide force and motion for processes including clamping, ejecting, blocking, and lifting.
